• Everything that is included in the “Something Old package”
  
• Up to two in-person meetings
  
• Unlimited phone calls/emails/Skype
  
• Create budget, track payments and due dates
  
• 1 visit to site of both wedding and reception venue to go over setup
  
• Arrange Vendor appointments
  
• Attend two Vendor appointments of your choice (eg. cake tasting, catering etc…)
  
• Vendor referrals (if needed)
  
• Assist with selecting color scheme, theme and style of wedding
  
• Contract review and confirmation two weeks before the wedding
  
• Development of wedding day timeline. Submission for approval within two weeks of wedding via email
  
• Assist with planning rehearsal dinner, bridal party brunch, bachelorette/bachelor parties
  
• Arrange accommodations for Bride and Groom bridal suite
  
• Research and block accommodations for out of town guests
  
• Answer etiquette questions
  
• Seating chart assistance
  
• Ongoing updates and consultations with clients about vendor services/products
  
• Collect items one week before to bring to rehearsal and wedding (eg. candles, pictures, seating cards, cake topper, guestbook/pen etc…)
